AV Conference Packages

Whether you are new to organising a conference or an experienced event coordinator, choosing audio visual equipment for your conference and budget is essential for a successful day. We have devised some audio visual conference packages that will help you make the right choice. All conference packages contain the essential audio visual equipment to get you up and running. All packages can be tailor made to suite your individual needs so do not feel that you have to stick to any one conference package you can mix and match.
You may wish to take advantage of using one of our experienced technicians on the day to make sure that your event runs smoothly. Our conference packages are just ideas and we can of course quote for any bespoke ideas you may have. Why not live stream your event or video recording it for your YouTube channel? You might want to take advantage of using our voting system to help engage you delegates/audience.

SMALL BOARDROOM PRESENTATION £50 ex vat

This might look simple and it is. Just by getting your presenters slightly raised above the delegates who are sitting down is essential for them to be seen. It consists of a tidy looking stage riser and lectern to rest notes on. As the title suggests this conference package is great for the SMALL BOARDROOM PRESENTATION.

AGM EVENT £450 ex vat

You have found a venue for your next event. In the example below the client booked an empty hall. Using the same principal as the ‘Small Boardroom’ package of raising your presenters up gives your audience/delegates some focus. The entire top table needed to be heard along with the key note presenters so this package includes a PA system, top table microphones and a larger stage.

Perhaps you have planned a small awards evening and want something a little different than a day conference. You may want something that suites a celebration of work achieved. This conference package is a great way forward. You have all the basics for a great celebration with sound, lighting, stage with a choice of colours or star cloth as a backdrop.

This package allows you to use both video and Powerpoint playback via plasma screens. This conference package is ideal if you are limited on space for a large projection screen as the plasma screens look both neat and professional. You can of course upgrade to use larger plasma screens, we have several sizes in stock. In the photo you see 2 x 42” plasma screens. We carry screens from 42" up to 95” screens. In this package you get more general lighting too.

MEDIUM CONFERENCE £1200 ex vat

As your events attract larger numbers you must augment and approach your audio visual in a more comprehensive way. Here at Titan Film and Events we have many years of experience and can help you choose the right audio visual equipment to meet your event needs. In this photo our client wanted a day conference and then an awards dinner presentation in the evening. Apart from the essential audio visual equipment listed this conference package introduces moving and mood lights to accompany the award winners walking onto the stage to receive their awards. The screen used here is a rear projection screen so all of the cabling and projection equipment are behind the screen out of the way of the audience.

Here is a different configuration for an awards evening. In this photo you can see a star cloth backdrop with stretch sails which look great when lit. Space was of a premium in this venue so we used two large 60” plasma's for sponsor logos and power point slides of winners.

The skies the limit with this conference package. We can design sets and turn your vision into reality with our extensive stock of sets, shapes and audio visual equipment. In this photo the client wanted an informal chat show styled event with the ability to change the backdrop instantly. The easiest way of achieving this was by lighting the backdrop in various colours throughout the day, so when delegates came back after a comfort break or lunch the whole set looked different each time.
